There are a number of ways to get to the Event Village which is located on the rugby pitches equidistant from Sheen Gate and Roehampton Gate.
If you are planning on using public transport, we suggest you download the free Citymapper app from the app store which will calculate the best possible route from where you’re travelling from to the start line. We recommend you enter the postcode for the Royal Ballet School, which is TW10 5HR, which is a 5 minute walk to the event village. You WILL NOT be able to park at the Royal Ballet School, this is just a good point of reference. Other useful references are Sheen Gate (SW14 8BJ) and Roehampton Gate (SW15 5JY).
For more information on planning your journey, including information on cancellations and expected delays, please visit the TfL website.
We have no more parking spaces available within the Park. If you did not secure a car parking ticket please do not drive into the park on event day, this will cause disruption and you will be turned away. Parking spaces cannot be purchased on the day of the event.
Those who did secure a place, please remember to bring the email receipt you will have received shortly after booking. You will need to present this at Sheen Car Park on the morning of the event.
If you are travelling from a nearby location, we absolutely encourage you to cycle to the Event Village – it’s a great warm-up if nothing else! We are going to be providing secure bike-racking right in the heart of the Event Village for thousands of participants, so you don’t need to worry about trying to find somewhere to lock your bike up.
