We’re committed to making sure every single London 10 mile participant arrives at the start line feeling prepared, motivated and ready to achieve their goals. We understand that injury, fatigue and just life in general can easily throw you off your training schedule, which is why we’ve teamed up with Mbition to give every single participant a FREE 3 MONTH PREMIUM TRAINING PLAN, using their game-changing adaptive training platform.

In your entry confirmation email there will be a link to the Mbition platform with an exclusive voucher code and instructions on how to start your 3 month free subscription to Mbition premium. You can create your own personal plan for the London 10 Mile based around your schedule, fitness history and current fitness level. Mbition will guide you to an achievable target time depending on your level of fitness, training availability, distance and time to event.

What’s really special is that your plan changes as you progress, adapting to your training successes and challenges (e.g. if you miss a session or two!). Have fun!

There are a number of ways to get to the Event Village which is located on the rugby pitches equidistant from Sheen Gate and Roehampton Gate.

If you are planning on using public transport, we suggest you download the free Citymapper app from the app store which will calculate the best possible route from where you’re travelling from to the start line. Can I listen to music whilst running?

We strongly discourage the use of any equipment that acts as an impediment to hearing or concentration when running.
